Senior Product Designer Remote, EU Example match

The posting

You will own discovery through delivery for the payments surface, working alongside two engineers and a researcher. We are looking for at least six years in product design, fluency in Figma, and comfort building interactive prototypes before a line of code is written. This is a payments team, so experience on the merchant side is an advantage. Remote within the EU. English is our working language.

Read against your CV

Seven years, the last two running discovery and delivery on a consumer fintech's checkout. Figma throughout. No prototyping tool named anywhere in the document, and no merchant-side work.

Hard requirements run first. Work authorization inside the EU is held and no days on site are required, so nothing vetoes this posting. A requirement you cannot meet stops a match before it is scored, and it never reaches your board.

An example match. Every posting on your board is scored this way, against the same six dimensions, with the evidence attached to each one.

The whole hunt in one board.

Postings arrive already scored. They move across the board as you draft, send and hear back, and the numbers on your profile are computed from what actually happened rather than from what you remember.

The same board on a phone.

Three steps, and one of them is yours.

Joboris does the reading and the drafting. The decision to send stays with you.

Bring your CV

Upload a PDF or DOCX. Joboris reads it into facts: roles, dates, scope, tools, results. Those facts are the only material it may write from later.

The board scores itself

Postings arrive from applicant tracking boards and job feeds. Each is scored against your CV across six dimensions, and a requirement you cannot meet vetoes the posting outright.

Draft, read, send

For a posting worth the hours, Joboris writes a tailored CV and a short letter, then fills what it can on the employer's own form. You read it and press submit.

What it will not do.

Two rules run underneath everything above, and both of them cost Joboris capability on purpose.

A score you can argue with

Every match opens into the six dimensions that produced it, each carrying the line from the posting and the line from your CV it was weighed against. A number you cannot inspect is a number you cannot decide anything with.

Applying is assisted, never automatic

Joboris opens the employer's own form and fills the fields it has answers for. It does not submit. Nothing reaches a company without you reading it first, which is also the only version of this that is fair to the people on the other end.

A draft can only repeat facts you gave it

Generation is limited to your parsed CV, plus anything you confirmed against a requirement your CV did not show. Where you do not match, the letter says so instead of inventing a line. A confirmation is kept on your profile, so it counts toward every match from then on.

I spent four years on payments at a consumer fintech, most of it on checkout and recovery flows. I have not worked on merchant-side onboarding, which your posting puts first, though the compliance review work in my last role covered similar ground.
Evidenced in your CV, so it may be written Not evidenced, so it is named as a gap and never claimed

Questions

Does Joboris apply to jobs for me?

No. It prepares the documents and fills what it can on the employer's form. You read the result and press submit yourself.

Can it claim experience I do not have?

No. It writes only from your parsed CV and from answers you confirmed. Where you do not match a requirement, the letter names the gap.

Where do the postings come from?

Applicant tracking boards that companies publish themselves, and job feeds. Joboris does not scrape LinkedIn, whose terms forbid automated access.

Does it read my email?

No. Joboris never connects to your mailbox and never asks to. What happens after you apply is yours to record, and the tracker keeps the history of it.
