Joboris is a job hunt tool run by one person. Using it means agreeing to what follows. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What Joboris does

It collects vacancies, scores them against the CV you upload, drafts a tailored CV and cover letter for the ones you choose, fills what it can on an employer's application form, and tracks the applications you send.

What it does not promise

• Interviews, replies, or a job. Nobody can promise those and Joboris does not.
• That a score is correct. It is a reading of a posting against your CV, shown with its reasons so you can disagree with it. Treat it as an opinion with evidence attached.
• That a draft is ready to send. Read every document before it goes anywhere.
• That a posting is real, current, or accurately described. Postings come from third party boards and feeds, and Joboris passes on what they publish.

What is yours to do

• Press submit. Joboris never sends an application on your behalf.
• Check the facts in every document. You are the one making the claims in it.
• Upload only your own CV and your own information.
• Keep your account to yourself.

Fair use

Do not use Joboris to send applications you have not read, to misrepresent your experience, to attack the service or the boards it reads from, or to resell what it produces as a service of your own. An account doing any of these can be closed.

Paying

The free plan covers five tailored documents a month. Pro costs EUR 19 a month and lifts that limit. It is a recurring payment set up through WayForPay, charged monthly until you cancel.

Cancel whenever you like. Access runs to the end of the month you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Cancelling in the middle of a month does not take the month back, so there is no partial refund. If something went wrong and you were charged for a month you could not use, write and it will be sorted out.

Your account

You can delete it at any time, which deletes what is stored with it. Joboris can close an account that breaks the fair use section above, and will say why.

Liability

Joboris is provided as it is. It can be wrong, it can be down, and a third party board can hand it bad data. It is not liable for a job you did not get, an application that failed to send, a posting that turned out to be stale, or anything else that follows from using it. Where the law does not allow that to be excluded, liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the problem.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them, and a change that affects what you pay or what you are allowed to do will be sent to your account's email address before it takes effect.
