Joboris is run by one person. This page says what the service stores, which companies process it on the way, and how to have all of it removed. It describes what the software actually does, so if something below is not listed, Joboris does not do it.
What Joboris stores
| Your account | Email address and the name you enter. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are never visible to Joboris. If you sign in with Google, Google passes your email address, name, and profile picture, and nothing else. |

| Your CV | The file you upload, held in a private storage bucket, and the facts read out of it: roles, dates, scope, tools, results. |
| Your hunt | The postings on your board, their match scores and the reasoning behind them, your applications and their status history, the documents generated for you, and a log of events that your own statistics are computed from. |
| Your subscription | Whether a subscription is active and until when, plus a payment reference. Card numbers never reach Joboris. |
Who processes it
| Supabase | Database, sign-in, and file storage. Row level security separates one account's rows from another's. |

| Google, Gemini API | Reads your CV text and posting text in order to parse, score, and draft. This is the one place your CV content leaves Joboris. |

| Job sources | Applicant tracking boards and job feeds, including Adzuna. These receive search terms such as a role title and a location. They do not receive your CV or your identity. |
| WayForPay | Payment processing, and only if you subscribe. Your card details go to them, not to Joboris. |
| Vercel | Hosting. Standard server logs. |
What Joboris does not do
- It does not connect to your mailbox and never asks for access to your email account.
- It does not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models.
- It does not scrape LinkedIn. Their terms forbid automated access.
- It sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.
Why it is stored
To run the service you asked for. Scoring needs your CV and the posting. Drafting needs the facts you gave. The tracker needs your application history. Billing needs to know whether a subscription is live. There is no other purpose behind any of it.
How long
For as long as your account exists. Delete the account and the rows attached to it go with it, including the CV file. Ask by email and the same thing happens.
What you can ask for
A copy of what is stored about you, a correction, or deletion of all of it. Write to olesia.borysova@gmail.com and say which. There is no form and no waiting period beyond the time it takes to do it.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects what is stored or who processes it, the date at the top changes with it.
